To start staff off on the right path in their ABA therapy career, each employee will go through Registered Behavior Technician training. This gives them the tools to put them at the top of the field in providing ABA therapy to our clients.
On-site supervision hours are offered for any qualifying employee seeking to sit for the BACB’s BCBA exam, as well as continuing supervision for any RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA. Learn more about our BCBA Supervised Fieldwork Program.
