Dr. Macatee

TaraColleen Macatee, MFT, Psy.D.

Executive Director

Dr. TaraColleen Macatee joined Kaleidoscope Family Solutions in its inception in 2004 as Program Director. In 2010 she became the agency’s Executive Director. She has over 20 years’ experience working with children and adults with special needs. She has worked with all age groups and specializes in the areas of Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. She is trained in assessment and functional analysis and holds certification as an FBA trainer and mediator. She has held numerous leadership positions locally while with Kaleidoscope including serving on ISAAC (Information Sharing and Autism Committee) subcommittee which supports services for individuals with Autism. Dr. Macatee has testified on behalf of adults with Autism for better quality programing for the State Department managing services in Pennsylvania. She currently serves on the Human Rights Committee at the agency as well as the Quality Assurance Committee.
Dr. Macatee has worked in residential facilities, group homes and outpatient clinics with people of varying abilities. She has experience operating non-profit and for-profit companies throughout the northeastern United States.

She is also an adjunct professor at local colleges and universities and enjoys teaching cultural awareness, ethics and psychopathology.

Dr. Macatee has a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Assessment from Chestnut Hill College.

Kristina Fiore

Kristina Fiore, M.Ed, BCBA

Clinical Director

Kristina Fiore is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 13 years of experience providing services to children and families with autism and developmental disabilities. She holds a Masters Degree in Child Development with a concentration in Early Childhood Special Education.

Kristina has worked with children of all age groups in a variety of settings through home based therapy, clinic based therapy and school consultation. She has been a practicing BCBA for 7 years. Her clinical work has focused on communication skills, social and play skills, behavior change procedures and community integration. Kristina is passionate about training and providing clinicians and parents with the tools to deliver treatment that will make an impactful difference in their child’s lives.

Janelle Clarke, BCBA, LABA

Clinical Director

Janelle Clarke is an accomplished Behavior Therapist and the Clinical Director for the Massachusetts ABA program. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who supervises both BCBAs and RBTs, delivering evidence-based practice to children from birth to twenty-one years of age. Janelle is skilled in building rapport with families and children to facilitate a therapeutic environment to promote social, academic, and behavioral growth. She has extensive knowledge in natural environment teaching, emotional intelligence, self-regulation, crisis intervention, and de-escalation strategies. Janelle continues to focus her practice around teaching functional, and meaningful, skills to guide learners on their journey to skill acquisition and independence. She is versed in utilizing the ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, and PEAK assessments, as well as conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA). She has exceptional communication skills with therapists and families while maintaining a thoughtful and team-minded atmosphere.

Janelle holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) from The University of Massachusetts Boston and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, from The University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is a licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in MA.

Beth Keeley

Beth Keeley, MSA

Controller

Beth Keeley is a senior-level financial executive with over 16 years of experience with the financial services, retail and mortgage industries. She has a broad accounting, budgeting, tax, analysis and strategic modeling background and a demonstrated ability to manage costs and assist business lines in driving financial results. Beth brings critical and analytical thinking and strong financial discipline to the business and has an excellent grasp of how to support non-profit clients and their respective business models.

Beth holds both a Bachelor Degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
