BCBA Supervised Fieldwork Program

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Service’s BACB Supervised Fieldwork Program is designed to provide ABA students the opportunity to complete the required fieldwork hours needed to sit for the BCBA exam.

Some Highlights

  • Fully paid for all hours worked and meetings conducted in the center.
  • Get matched with a BCBA supervisor that is certified by the BACB to conduct supervision.
  • Pursue a full time BCBA position with Kaleidoscope ABA after passing the BCBA Exam.

About the Program

  • Opportunity for both restricted and unrestricted field work hours.
  • Undergo a skills assessment and receive regular feedback from the Kaleidoscope ABA Clinical Leadership Team.
  • Attend regular meetings with the Program Coordinator to ensure training goals are being met.

Program Requirements

  • Be willing to work as a Behavioral Technician with young children with ASD;
  • Currently enrolled in a coursework program that also leads to a Master’s Degree in ABA, or;
  • Previously received a Master’s Degree in a related field (i.e. Education, Psychology, Child & Family Studies, Counseling, etc.) and be currently enrolled in an ABA-approved coursework program leading toward BCBA eligibility;
  • Agree to other terms and conditions in the Supervised Fieldwork Program Agreement.
